Margate Residents Directory is an independent reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning Margate, Florida. We do not host government records and have no relationship with a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use is limited to lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq.).
